About this policy
Effective October 2, 2026. Vibe Bonkers is a single-player arcade game developed by Aleksandr Podgaec. This policy covers the app and explains how support requests are handled.
Data collected by the app
Vibe Bonkers does not send personal information or gameplay data to the developer. The app has no accounts, advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or developer-operated backend. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or location.
Data on your device
Scores, unlocked levels, and preferences for language, music, sound, and haptics are stored locally on your device. This information is used to continue your game and apply your settings. The developer does not receive it.
Apple purchases
The optional Granny Arsenal purchase is processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app checks Apple-provided purchase entitlements to unlock the weapons and restore purchases. Payment details and Apple Account credentials are not sent to the developer. Apple handles its own purchase records under its privacy policy.
Support emails
If you choose to email support, the developer receives your email address and the information you include, solely to respond and resolve the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary personal information. Support messages are not used for advertising or sold. Email is handled by the email service provider.
Retention and deletion
Local app data remains until you delete the app or remove it through device settings. Apple purchase records are separate and are not erased by uninstalling the app. Support messages are retained only as needed to resolve and follow up on your request or meet legal obligations. You can email the contact below to request deletion of your support correspondence; messages no longer needed will be deleted unless retention is legally required. The developer has no server-side gameplay data to delete.
This website
The support website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, or contact forms. It stores your selected page language in your browser. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the website. Clicking an email link opens your mail application; it does not send a message automatically.
Policy updates
If the app’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the relevant release.
