How do I restore my purchase?

Open Your moments, tap the full-tree offer, then Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Six places are free; the permanent unlock opens 32 places. Retaking an existing photo is free.

Where are my photos?

The archive stays on your iPad. Open a photo in Your moments and choose Save to Photos to keep a copy in your photo library. Removing a photo from the tree keeps it in the gallery; deleting it from the gallery removes the app copy. Deleting the app removes its local archive. Version 1.0 has no cloud sync.

Camera or sound?

Allow Camera in iPad Settings. Use the sound button and volume controls in the app. An incoming call, silent mode or other audio can affect playback.

Warm iPad?

Use moderate screen brightness and a ventilated stand. The scene reduces its frame rate when the device is warm. Stop using the app and let the iPad cool if iPadOS shows a temperature warning.

Восстановление покупки

Откройте «Ваши моменты», предложение полной ёлки и нажмите «Восстановить покупки». Нужна та же учётная запись Apple. Первые 6 мест бесплатны; разовая покупка открывает 32. Переснимать существующие снимки можно бесплатно.

Сохранение снимков

Архив хранится на iPad. Откройте снимок в «Ваших моментах» и выберите «Сохранить в Фото». Снятие с ёлки сохраняет его в галерее. Удаление из галереи удаляет копию приложения. При удалении приложения локальный архив удаляется. Облачной синхронизации в версии 1.0 нет.

Камера, звук и нагрев

Разрешите камеру в настройках iPad. Управляйте звуком кнопкой и громкостью в приложении. Используйте умеренную яркость и подставку с вентиляцией. При нагреве сцена снижает частоту кадров; если iPadOS показывает предупреждение о температуре, прекратите работу и дайте устройству остыть.
